I build complex artificial intelligence systems and take them to production.
I work independently with companies that want to develop AI products, optimize complex processes, or integrate artificial intelligence systems into their software. I can take responsibility for the project from start to finish: understanding the problem, defining the product, designing the architecture, building the system, and putting it into production.
Specialties
- Agentic systems: I design and build architectures with agents capable of using tools, coordinating tasks, and working with information from different systems. I incorporate evaluation, observability, and human supervision so they can operate reliably.
- Document processing and knowledge systems: I build systems that classify, extract, validate, and transform information from unstructured documents. I also work on RAG architectures, knowledge retrieval, source citation, and tools for consulting large collections of information.
- Process optimization and automation: I analyze the complete process and combine artificial intelligence, deterministic software, and mathematical optimization according to what each part needs. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve decision quality, and create a system that can be maintained over time.
- AI system integration: I connect models and agents with databases, APIs, internal tools, and enterprise systems. My product and software engineering experience also lets me build the interfaces, integrations, and services required for AI to become part of a company's real work.
How I work
- End-to-end responsibility: I work from problem definition through production. This includes product, architecture, implementation, integrations, deployment, and the system's continued evolution.
- Production quality: I design systems around real data, failures, exceptions, permissions, traceability, evaluation, observability, and maintenance. System quality is measured by how it works in production, not by how it behaves in a demonstration.
- Understanding the context: Before proposing a solution, I try to understand the industry, the people doing the work, the current process, and its constraints. That understanding determines which parts need AI, traditional software, optimization, or human intervention.
- Direct collaboration: I work directly with the people responsible for the product or process. I keep decisions, progress, and risks visible so I can move with autonomy without losing alignment.
