I’m available for consulting work.
I help teams turn messy operational workflows into reliable software: AI-assisted internal tools, document and data pipelines, planning systems, and pragmatic automation.
Skills
- Operational AI: I build agent and LLM workflows for internal operations, expert review, knowledge retrieval, and human-in-the-loop decision processes.
- Document and data pipelines: I work on extraction, reconciliation, validation, tracking, and back-office integrations where messy files need to become usable business records.
- Internal products: I can take a spreadsheet-heavy or coordination-heavy process and turn it into a calmer interface for planning, review, reporting, or operational control.
- Knowledge systems: I design second brains, vaults, RAG systems, retrieval workflows, and context structures that make notes, meetings, and decisions useful to humans and agents.
- Applied math and data: I am comfortable around optimization, Bayesian reasoning, statistical learning, linear algebra, and computational modelling when the product needs more than glue code.
Traits
- Low friction: I like reducing ambiguity quickly: inspect the real workflow, find the constraint, build the smallest useful thing, then iterate from evidence.
- Builder and translator: I move between product, operations, math, code, and UX; useful when a problem is too concrete for pure strategy and too fuzzy for ticket-taking.
- Privacy-aware: A lot of my work is private or client-sensitive, so I am used to being concrete in execution while keeping public descriptions deliberately careful.
- Written thinking: I care about clear notes, decision records, handoff docs, and explanations that make technical choices inspectable instead of mystical.
- Pragmatic stack choices: I am not attached to one framework. I use what gets the workflow into production with the least unnecessary complexity.
Services
- Implementation: I build software from prototype to production: internal tools, AI workflows, document systems, review interfaces, and operational dashboards.
- Technical discovery: If the problem is still ambiguous, I can map the workflow, identify where AI helps or hurts, and turn the mess into a buildable architecture.
- Automation audits: I can review a manual document/data process and separate deterministic automation, LLM-assisted work, and places where humans must stay in control.
- Advisory and training: I can help a team reason about agents, RAG, evaluation, workflows, and how to adopt GenAI without turning every process into a fragile demo.
